Sports Book Web Site – Just One Undefeated Squad Remaining In Football

By article On December 1, 2010 Under Uncategorized

There’s one undefeated squad remaining both straight up and versus the sport betting prospects at the sportsbook website. And it may not be who you believe. Might it be the reigning victors, the New orleans saints? No. Then how about the Indianapolis colts? No? Well then, it certainly must be the Dallas Cowboys, or the Baltimore Ravens.  Nope, not them either. Still confused?  It is the Kansas city chiefs.  Yes, the Chiefs are 3-0 both straight up and versus the football betting probabilities at the offshore sports book.

The undefeated streak for Kansas City should stop this week as they visit the Indianapolis colts. Not many folks thought that Kansas City would start 3-0, however their schedule hasn’t been that difficult. The Kansas City Chiefs won their starter in the rain against San Diego and then they beat Cleveland and San Francisco. But hey, 3-0 is 3-0, and the Kansas City Chiefs are the only unbeaten team.

Reality Kicks In – The Chiefs are not a excellent squad. That much we have no doubt about. They’ve got an offense that isn’t pretty good but their defense is better and their special teams have been great.  They must play a whole lot better on offense this week if they’re to keep in step with Peyton Manning and the Colts. The Chiefs should be better this week basically considering the Colts defense is rotten.

Big Longshot versus Colts – The Chiefs are 8-point longshots at Indianapolis at the online sportsbook. It’s not every day that you will see an unbeaten 3-0 team receiving 8 points versus a 2-2 squad but that is the situation this week at the sports book site.  Folks still don’t trust in the Kansas City Chiefs and the Colts are a popular squad with the public although Indianapolis does have some weak spots.

The Colts also close to made it to a Super Bowl victory last season when they took on the Saints at Super Bowl XLIV. They’ve got Peyton Manning, one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL and maybe in NFL history, and a record of achievement. The Chiefs were a fantastic team about 40 years ago. From 1960 to 1969, they won three league championships, and they were simply the second team to appear in over one Super Bowl. But they’re paying for that early achievement now – their last championship match win and appearance was in 1970.

Upcoming Schedule – The next couple of weeks are difficult for Kansas City vs the lines at the offshore sports book as they will likely lose at Indianapolis and Houston but the leftover schedule is positive. After the Houston match they get Jacksonville and Buffalo at home and if they win those 2 competitions they would be 5-2. They can win at Oakland while they will most likely drop at Denver. They then have winnable games at home vs Arizona and at Seattle. After that , they host Denver before challenging road games at San Diego and St Louis. They close out the year at home versus Tennessee and Oakland. We know the Chiefs won’t go 16-0 but their schedule is positive enough where they may make the playoffs.
